We’re Stardust Fertility Foundation
— we’re so glad to meet you!
We’ve got a pretty great mission:
To help bring more Jewish babies into the world.
We do this by easing some of the financial burden of fertility treatments through our Stardust grants — available to all types of Jewish couples and/or individuals in the tri-state area who are struggling to begin or grow their families. We’re here to help, no matter your sexuality, marital status, or your Jewish denomination or involvement — as long as Judaism is a central part of your identity and how you plan to raise a child, we don’t care if you’re a bagels-and-lox Jew, a regular synagogue goer, or anything in between.
You deserve the Jewish family of your dreams, and we want to help you achieve that.
Here’s why we exist
The magic behind Stardust
-
We exist to help the Jewish nation grow and deepen its roots. We are a part of living history, literally helping to create more Jewish babies — the ultimate way of fighting our enemies.
-
We know that every family looks different, and we’re here to support any iteration of a Jewish family, inclusive of straight or LGBTQ+ couples, intended single parents, those pursuing surrogacy, and more.
-
We are the glimmer of hope, the light at the end of the tunnel for so many who can’t afford the financial burden of trying to grow their families. We help restore people’s faith in their place within the Jewish people.
-
We aren’t just grantors handing out checks. We are deeply connected to our applicants’ struggles, journeys, successes, and failures. We are with them every step of the way.
-
We’re creating more openness within the Jewish community to talk about infertility — and its financial impact. We are working every day to destigmatize these issues and create deeper lines of understanding.
So, who exactly do we help?
We help couples or individuals who meet the following criteria:
Resident of CT, NJ, or NY
One parent must be Jewish (applies to same-sex couples, heterosexual couples, and singles) and Judaism must be the only religion practiced in the home
Proof of infertility from medical doctor (unless medical history or physical findings dictate earlier evaluation and treatment)
Have the means for child support and adequate living arrangements, along with basic health insurance for mother and baby
“We are deeply thankful to Stardust, especially after the emotional toll and challenges of our fertility journey. Your support eases the financial burden, allowing us to focus on healing and moving forward to hope. One day we pray we can pay it forward and help those struggling, too”
